Ham House and Garden in Richmond is seeking a Welcome Manager to join our Visitor Operations team. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the historic house, support and develop volunteers, and undertake House Leading and Duty Manager duties across the property.
As Welcome Manager you will ensure guests feel welcome, manage a team of volunteers, and present the spaces to the highest standards while championing excellent visitor experiences and membership growth.
