Job Description:
Boskalis Subsea Services in Aberdeen is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to provide proactive HR support to line managers and employees. You will guide employee relations, recruitment, development plans and policy implementation within the Offshore Energy division.
You will collaborate across business units, ensure legal compliance, and act as a focal point for HR initiatives. CIPD-accredited professionals are preferred, with experience in oil & gas advantageous.
