Building Services Engineer: Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance

Skanska UK Plc is seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer for the Building Services OU, based at 51 Moorgate. You will perform daily servicing of electrical infrastructure, undertake breakdown maintenance on mechanical/electrical systems, and conduct Planned Preventive Maintenance as well as fault analysis within service level agreements.

The role requires a technical background in building services, awareness of HVAC and water treatment compliance, and IOSH Safety qualification.
