Lead AIT Engineer – Space & Satellite Systems (Reading)

IO Associates is partnering with a leading space and satellite company in Reading to appoint a permanent Lead AIT Engineer. You will own the complete AIT lifecycle, guiding the development of gridded-ion propulsion systems and satellite platforms from engineering models to flight acceptance.

The role requires proven AIT leadership, experience with ECSS standards, and a track record delivering flight hardware.
