Bid & Proposal Engineer – Offshore Oil & Gas

TMS Search is seeking a Bid & Proposal Engineer to lead end-to-end proposals for global Oil & Gas opportunities from our Great Yarmouth base. You will coordinate engineers, legal, finance and supply chain to deliver compliant, compelling submissions.

The role requires strong commercial sense, excellent written English, and a track record of managing complex bids for major operators or NOCs. On-site role with competitive compensation.
