Senior New Business Growth Manager

BDO is seeking a Senior New Business Manager to lead new business generation in Thames Valley as part of our Sales and Marketing function. You will drive targeted outreach, nurture early relationships and convert conversations into qualified meetings, while supporting junior colleagues and partnering with Marketing.

You will work within a structured GTM framework, using CRM to track attribution and progress SQLs from marketing campaigns.
