We are looking for a Registered Nurse with Cardiothoracic experience to become our new and an enthusiastic Clinical Sister / Charge Nurse.
Our workforce need to be coached along side the day to day running of the ward. You will support the Ward manager in quality and assurance and ensure a safe working environment
Secondment will be considered for internal candidates – If you are successful after interview, you must obtain approval from your current line manager to accept the offer.
Successful applicants will be required to provide an immunisation and vaccination report, from either their current UK occupational health provider or their UK GP.
We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic nurses to join our friendly cardiothoracic team. The successful candidate will be a team leader, providing clinical leadership and management support, developing and evaluating best practice within the department. You will support the Ward Manager and your colleagues to achieve a high standard of patient care and take charge of the ward on a regular basis. We will also look to you to act as a role model in supporting and developing junior members of the team.
