Recovery-Focused Mental Health Practitioner – First Episode

Somerset NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Mental Health Practitioner to join the STEP team, delivering triage, assessments, outreach and therapy for individuals experiencing first episode psychosis. The role supports families and carers within a biopsychosocial, recovery-focused framework.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, undertake risk assessments, and contribute to service improvement while offering supervision and learning opportunities to colleagues.
