Job Description
- Lead and manage the pharmacy team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure the pharmacy complies with all legal and professional standards.
- Dispense prescriptions accurately and provide expert advice to customers.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure the availability of essential medicines.
- Support the development and training of pharmacy staff.
- Build strong relationships with customers and the wider healthcare community.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
- Identify opportunities to improve services and drive business growth.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Pharmacist Manager should have:
- Qualified Pharmacist registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Previous experience leading or supervising a pharmacy team.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy legislation, clinical governance, and professional standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Commercial awareness and a commitment to improving service performance.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer and patient care.
