HCRG Care Group is seeking a Band 5 Staff Nurse (Health Visiting) based at St Martins Hospital – Kempthorne House in Bath & North East Somerset. You will join the Health Visiting Team delivering preventative and supportive healthcare to children and families in homes and community settings under the supervision of an SCPHN.

The role is part-time (22.5 hours/week) and fixed-term for 1 year. NHS terms apply with opportunities for development within our learning and development team.
