New 5-Bed Children’s Home: Registered Manager Lead

Excelcare Holdings is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead Meadow House, a new 5-bed Ofsted-regulated Children’s Home in Hither Green, SE London for children aged 11-17 with EBD. You will ensure regulatory compliance, recruit and develop the team, and set a therapeutic, child-centred culture.

This is a hands-on leadership role with budget responsibility, Ofsted readiness, and ongoing professional development.
