Autism & Learning Disabilities Keyworker for Youth

Coventry & Warwickshire Mind is recruiting a Specialist Keyworker to support children and young people with autism and learning disabilities across Coventry and Warwickshire. The role focuses on person-centred advocacy, coordination of services and timely access to specialist support for families.

You will work within a team that champions inclusion, voices of young people, and seamless transitions between services.
