Parkinson’s Specialist Nurse — Community Care Expert

Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Parkinson’s Specialist Nurse to join the community team. You will support people with Parkinson’s disease across Cornwall, reviewing cases face-to-face or via Attend Anywhere and coordinating with the NHS specialist service.

The role requires extensive post-registration experience in elderly care or neurology, with a focus on communication, teamwork and autonomous working in a community setting. Travel across the county is essential.
