Global SaaS Financial Controller – Fundraising Ready

Bud is seeking a Financial Controller in London to keep our financial engine running with precision as we scale internationally and prepare for the next fundraising round. You will own a well-run finance function, from a clean monthly close to multi-jurisdiction compliance, in close partnership with our Fractional CFO.

You will manage end-to-end processes across journals, reconciliations and three-statement reporting, oversee payroll reviews UK/US/Italy, tax compliance, audits, and cap table
