London Onsite Desktop Support Engineer

LA International seeks a Desktop Engineer for a 6 month contract based onsite in London. The role covers front-line and desk-side support across Windows 10/11, a range of corporate devices, and proactive IT service delivery.

You will log and resolve incidents in the service management system, assist with onboarding and room equipment, and collaborate with TEC teams to improve support and ensure customer satisfaction across London and the EMEA region.
