Backend Engineer (Rust) for Real-Time Data Platform

Augur is hiring an early-stage Backend Engineer to design and build distributed systems powering our sensor integration platform. You will work in a Rust stack with Python boundaries, handling stream processing, storage, and API design for scalable, petabyte-scale data within a small, high-autonomy team.

You’ll own architectural decisions, tackle unfamiliar problems, and collaborate across product and engineering to evolve our platform while maintaining a culture of excellence and rapid learning.
