Section 13 Rent Review Manager – Property Portfolio Lead

PMR is recruiting a Section 13 Manager for a leading Build to Rent operator in the UK. You will own the end-to-end rent review process across a growing portfolio, preparing documentation, reviewing market information and liaising with residents to address queries and support formal steps when required.

Working closely with Operations, Leasing and Finance, you will help ensure everything is delivered accurately, efficiently and with residents at the heart of the process.
