Heritage Railway Manager: Lead Infrastructure & Projects

The Watercress Line is seeking an experienced Railway Manager to lead the infrastructure, rolling stock, and estates, reporting to the CEO and joining the Senior Management Team. This on-site role focuses on delivering railway works safely and efficiently.

You will oversee rolling stock engineering, permanent way, signals & telecoms, and estates, while developing staff and volunteers and planning forward investments in line with the business plan.
