What you’ll be doing:
- Provide high-quality administrative support to help senior stakeholders stay focused and effective
- Manage diary and scheduling tasks, coordinating meetings and day-to-day priorities
- Prepare documentation and support the smooth running of routine office processes
- Maintain accurate records to ensure information is easy to find and track
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to support timely communication and follow-up
- Handle tasks with professionalism, discretion and attention to detail
