Your Housing Group is seeking a Project Officer/Support Worker for Bridge Foyer in Chester. Work 35 hours per week on a 3-week rolling rota (8am-4pm, 10am-6pm, 12pm-8pm) to support 31 young people aged 16-25 in independent living and life skills development.
You will provide key worker support via bespoke action plans, with duties extending to medical appointments, multi-agency meetings and group activities. A rewarding role with social purpose and progression opportunities.
