Student Engagement & Wellbeing Coach

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a proactive Student Engagement Officer for a Corby secondary school. This role operates during term time and supports students to improve attendance, behaviour, and academic engagement.

You will deliver mentoring and interventions, build strong relationships with pupils, and work with staff and families to promote positive outcomes. DBS enhanced checks are preferred or a willingness to obtain one.
