Charity Shop Manager: Lead the Team & Grow Sales

Royal Mencap Society in Ashtead is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to lead our charity retail store. The role is 37.5 hours per week on a permanent contract, with a seven‑day rota and flexible scheduling.

You will help develop in‑store systems, promote donations and sales, sign up Gift Aid donors, and work to maximise profits while upholding the Mencap values. You will manage budgets, supervise volunteers and paid staff, handle cash, and ensure health and safety standards.
