• Hands-on experience presenting Proposals/Solutions to Customer – Present Proposals to Customer via putting it in Document (PPT, Word).

Hands-On Experience working with Managed Service Provider like IBM/Accenture/HP/Wipro/TCS/Infosys Business process modelling and capability mapping

Role Purpose

• Lead enterprise-wide technology strategy and architecture for Customer by aligning business objectives with IT capabilities.
• Drive infrastructure transformation, modernization while ensuring scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define Infra architecture strategy
• Develop Infrastructure and security architecture.
• Create target-state architecture and transformation roadmaps
• Establish architecture, governance and standards
• Review technology solutions and ensure alignment with Infrastructre principles
• Provide technical leadership during pre-sales and client engagements.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Infrastructure, Security and Cross Functions Teams.

Technical Skills

• 15+ years in Infrastructure architecture and technical leadership roles
• Experience in on-prem platform architecture (VMware, private cloud, Kubernetes) with HA/ DR/ Security
• Strong experience in migrating work loads from on-prem to Cloud
• Hands-on expertise in ITSM integration (Valuemation, ServiceNow)
• Deep knowledge of IaC – Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible) for automation/orchestration
• Ability to embed governance, approvals, and cost controls into workflows
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder engagement skills.
