Project Coordinator & Resident Liaison – Planned Works

Morgan Sindall Property Services is seeking a Project Co-ordinator / Resident Liaison Officer for Welwyn & Hatfield Planned team. You will support refurbishment and planned works for housing associations and local authorities, ensuring projects run on time, within budget and to high standards.

Based in a fully office-based role, you will coordinate documentation, develop plans and maintain reporting systems. A UK driving licence is required as some site visits may be needed.
