Lead Structural Engineer – Major Projects & Sustainability

Outsource UK is recruiting a Principal Structural Engineer to lead the structural design, coordination and delivery of major projects across the UK and globally. The role is based in the West Midlands with locations including Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds or London and offers hybrid working.

You will lead technical delivery, manage project resources, mentor junior engineers and maintain strong client relationships while upholding health, safety and sustainability standards.
