Senior Head of Health, Safety & Wellbeing

Great British Energy is seeking a Head of Health, Safety, Wellbeing & Security to lead the HSWS framework across its rapidly growing energy projects. You will embed a culture where safety and wellbeing are integral to decision making, strategy and delivery.

The role requires building capability, developing safety management systems, and delivering assurance across corporate and project activities. You will coach senior leaders and shape governance to drive continuous safety improvement.
