Job Description
- Offer legal advice on corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with relevant corporate laws and regulations.
- Work closely with clients to clarify their business goals and offer tailored solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of corporate law developments and changes.
- Manage and prioritise a varied workload effectively to meet deadlines.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Corporate Solicitor should have:
- Strong knowledge of corporate law and legal procedures.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to legal matters.
- Ability to build strong client relationships
- A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
- Qualified solicitor status in England and Wales.
