Strategic Finance Partner: Budgeting & Performance

Connect Plus Services (CPS) is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support the Financial Manager with budgeting, forecasting and robust financial reporting. Based from South Mimms or Leatherhead, you will partner with directorates and cost centres to translate business goals into financial plans.

You’ll lead monthly reviews, deliver variance analysis, and drive cost control and cashflow improvements while embedding a culture of continuous improvement and Zero Harm.
