Think Legal are delighted to be working with a global professional services firm, looking to enhance its corporate offering in Manchester as part of a continued growth strategy for the firms’ wider national corporate team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious corporate lawyer to join an organisation that takes a much broader and consultative approach than the traditional law firm model.
The nature of the work on offer in this corporate role will be varied, working with global clients across a range of sectors on M&A and reorganisation work. Unlike in private practice where you would tend to bounce from deal to deal, this role would require a collaborative approach with clients on a range of matters, acting as a corporate advisor.
