We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Driver / Labourer to join our friendly and professional team.
This is a varied, hands-on role that is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is happy to be part of a busy team delivering high-quality tree care services.
The Role
As a Driver / Labourer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Tree Surgeons by helping to keep jobs running efficiently and safely. Duties include:
- Driving company vehicles to and from work sites
- Assisting Tree Surgeons with daily operations
- Loading, unloading, and handling tools and equipment
- Processing timber and woodchip
- Keeping vehicles, machinery, and work areas clean and organised
- Assisting with site set-up and maintaining safe working areas
- General labouring duties and manual handling
- Supporting the team to deliver excellent customer service
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Ability to drive larger vehicles or tow trailers (desirable but not essential)
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Good communication skills and a strong team ethic
- Previous experience in arboriculture, landscaping, construction, or a similar outdoor environment is an advantage but not essential
