About the Role
As a Bank Teaching Assistant, you’ll provide vital classroom support across a range of primary schools, helping pupils thrive in a positive learning environment.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting class teachers with daily classroom activities.
- Working with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning.
- Assisting pupils with SEND and additional learning needs.
- Delivering intervention sessions where required.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and pupil engagement.
- Creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
