Work & Health Coach: Empower Wellbeing & Employment

Brighton & Hove City Council is seeking a Work and Health Coach to join our WorkWell Programme. The role supports residents with health conditions or barriers affecting access to work, delivering tailored, person-centred coaching to build confidence and practical steps toward employment.

You will manage a caseload, apply trauma-informed practices, and connect clients with relevant services and partners to create sustainable outcomes.
