Guest Experience Associate – Front Desk & F&B

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Assistant at our Liverpool hotel to deliver outstanding guest care across reception, restaurant, bar, and events. You will support check-in/check-out, food and beverage service, and setup for conferences and banquets, while building genuine guest relationships.

You will thrive with a genuine passion for hospitality, strong communication, and a proactive mindset, and you will be comfortable using MS Office and related tools to enhance guest experiences.
