HCRG Care Group is seeking a Band 5 Community Nurse to join our community nursing team serving Sheppey, Sittingbourne and surrounding areas. You will provide high quality nursing care in patients’ homes, working within a multidisciplinary team to support independence and prevent hospital admissions.
