Admin Officer – Antrim (3rd August Start) The Recruitment Co Antrim
We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our client, based in Antrim as a full-time Admin Officer.

Administrator Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour
Start Date: 03/08/2026

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Main Duties include:
- Telephony & Processing Role. Answer Finance Support incoming calls between 9am – 4pm.
- Answer enquiries, take customers through queries and online claim forms via NI Direct. Use IT systems, guidance and lesligation to complete end to end claims process and make accurate decisions.
- Take customers through claim forms on NI Direct as required.
- Provide excellent customer service, demonstrating professionalism and showing courtesy to callers.
- Escalate calls from vulnerable callers and appointees/representatives per guidance.
- Take appropriate action on Unacceptable Customer Behaviour.
- Demonstrate flexibility, meeting customer demand in a fast paced environment.
- Initial training office based with the potential to work from home following successful completion of training.
- List is not exhaustive and any other duties as requested by line management.
- Must have 5 GCSEs – Maths & English – Certificates required
An Access NI will be required for this role
