Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality childcare and early years education.
  • Support children’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Plan engaging activities that encourage creativity, confidence, and curiosity.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Promote children’s emotional, social, and physical development through play-based learning.

Candidate Requirements

Successful applicants should have:

  • A Level 3 Childcare qualification (or an equivalent recognised qualification).
  • A sound understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Previous experience in early childhood education is desirable, with at least two years preferred.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK or meet the requirements for visa sponsorship.
