Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Deliver high-quality childcare and early years education.
- Support children’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Plan engaging activities that encourage creativity, confidence, and curiosity.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Promote children’s emotional, social, and physical development through play-based learning.
Candidate Requirements
Successful applicants should have:
- A Level 3 Childcare qualification (or an equivalent recognised qualification).
- A sound understanding of the EYFS framework.
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in early childhood education is desirable, with at least two years preferred.
- Eligibility to work in the UK or meet the requirements for visa sponsorship.
