FreightserverecruitmentarelookingforaAirExportGatewayCoordinatorforamajor FreightForwarder.ThecompanyisbasedintheHeathrowarea.
KeyResponsibilities:-
- Coordinatetheday-to-dayoperationoftheLHRExportGateway,supportingUKbrancheswith theplanning,bookingandexecutionofexportairfreightshipments.
- Manageflightschedules,airlinecapacity,airlineequipment,shipment allocations,consolidationsandULDbuildstomaximiseefficiency,meet carriercut-offtimesandachievethebestcommercialrates.
- Deliverexcellentcustomerservicebymanagingcustomerenquiries, meetingagreedKPIsandmaintainingproactivecommunicationwith internalteams,branchesandexternalpartners.
- Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithairlines,handlingagentsandserviceproviderstoensuresmoothoperationalperformanceandservicecontinuity.
- Prepareandprocessexportdocumentation,customspaperwork,airline bookings,CASSinvoicing,costaccrualsandfinancialdocumentation accuratelyandinlinewithcompanyprocedures.
- WorkcollaborativelywithOperations,Warehouse,Transport,Customer Service,Pricing,SalesandCommercialteamstoensureseamlessend-to-endshipmentmanagement.
- UseCargoWise,ASMSequoia,WebCargoandMicrosoftOfficeto manageoperationalactivities,maintainaccuraterecordsandsupport reportingrequirements.
- Ensurecompliancewithcustomsregulations,AviationSecurity,Health&Safetystandards,companypoliciesandexportprocedures,including month-endcomplianceactivitiesandMUCRclosures.
- Supportcontinuousimprovementbyidentifyingefficiencies,participating incross-training,undertakingrequiredtrainingandcarryingoutadditionaldutiestosupporttheeffectiveoperationofthedepartment.
WorkinghoursareSunday-Thursday(FridayandSaturdayoff)
