Job Title: Driver / Sample Collection
Location: Altrincham depot,
Hours: 40 hours per week, 7:30am start
Pay Rate: 12.71 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Driver / Sample Collection Operative to join a compliance and regulation company. This role involves 1 or 2 collections a day and safely transporting them back to the laboratory for analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive a company vehicle to collec samples the North West region
- Ensure accurate labelling and handling of all samples
- Transport samples safely and efficiently back to the laboratory in Altrincham
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle
- Complete relevant paperwork and documentation accurately
- Communicate effectively with site personnel and internal teams
- Adhere to all health & safety and compliance regulations
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Good knowledge of the North West area (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Good time management and reliability
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit, as the role may involve manual handling
- Previous driving or site-based experience is advantageous but not essential
