Lead Specialist Support Officer – 24/7 Community Care

Stevenage Borough Council is seeking a Senior Specialist Support Officer to lead a large team delivering Independent Living and Extra Care schemes, Care Connect 24/7, Community Support and Tenancy Sustainment services. You will work with residents with complex needs and coordinate with internal and external teams to maintain high service standards.

You will manage day-to-day operations, support staff, and contribute to service improvements while occasionally covering out-of-hours shifts.
