Nightshift Store Operations Manager

Sainsbury’s Hereford store is recruiting a Nightshift Customer and Trading Manager to lead overnight replenishment and store operations. The role covers a full shift from 22:00 to 08:00, with a £4,500 premium on top of base salary and a permanent contract in retail management.

You will manage a team, drive KPI performance, maintain safety standards, and ensure a smooth handover to morning operations while delivering excellent customer service.
