Store Shift Leader — Lead, Coach & Flexible Hours

Tesco is hiring a Shift Lead to lead store teams and ensure a great customer experience. You will work across store areas, guide colleagues, and model excellent service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Hours are scheduled within available windows; minimum 16 hours per week with pay starting at £15.59 per hour (rising to £16.86 in M25 stores). You must be 18 or over to apply and be prepared for flexible shifts.
