HLTA – Lead Class Cover & Interventions (Leeds)

Milk Education is seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join primary schools across Leeds. The role covers EYFS to KS2, delivering pre-planned lessons and leading targeted interventions in the absence of the class teacher.

Ideal candidates will hold HLTA status or equivalent, have recent primary school experience, and demonstrate strong classroom management, communication, and organisation. Flexible start dates are available, including September 2026.
