Central London Head Chef | Creative Menus & Team Leadership

Compass Group Plc in Central London is seeking a Hospitality Head Chef to oversee all culinary aspects of onsite catering, including menu planning, food preparation, staff supervision and delivering high-quality food and service.

The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 15:30, with a salary of £42,000 per annum and overtime paid at a premium. You will lead a kitchen team of six, ensure COSHH and Food Hygiene training, and develop menus to meet client and customer expectations.
