SEND Community Outreach Mentor – Field-Based Impact

TeacherActive is seeking a dedicated SEND Community Outreach Mentor to work with students who require an alternative approach to learning outside of a traditional classroom.

You will support a small caseload of up to 5 students, delivering education and mentoring within community-based settings such as libraries and learning hubs. You will provide engaging and personalised learning across a range of subjects, helping students build confidence.
