Bilingual Patient Services Specialist Spanish/English Hybrid

MiniMed Watford is seeking a Patient Services Representative fluent in Spanish to support customers using our diabetes care devices. You will work in a hybrid role supporting Spain-based customers and collaborating with a multilingual team.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years in customer service, strong English and Spanish communication, and the ability to document feedback and troubleshoot on calls while maintaining high quality and timely follow-ups.
