We’re looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a growing FM business covering London and the South East. This role would suit engineers based around Hoddesdon, Waltham Abbey, Harlow, Cheshunt, Enfield and surrounding areas, ideally outside the M25.
Duties: You’ll be carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding and repairs on commercial air conditioning systems including VRV/VRF, split and multi-split systems, AHUs and ventilation equipment.
Package* 21.00 per hour (based on 37.5 hour week)* 2 hours paid travel time per day* 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays* Company van, fuel card* 1 in 5 call-out rota* Any call-outs attended paid at enhanced overtime rates
Working Hours* Monday: 8:00am – 5:00pm* Tuesday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Requirements* Air Conditioning qualification (NVQ Level 2 or 3)* Experience working on commercial AC systems* Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience* Full UK Driving Licence
