Food and Beverage Supervisor

Be part of the opening team at Triplebond, The BoTree’s new luxury Wellness Club. We’re looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to help launch an exceptional dining experience, leading service with warmth, confidence and attention to detail.

Your Role

• Lead and support the Food & Beverage team.
• Deliver exceptional, personalised experiences for every guest.
• Coach and develop team members to maintain the highest service standards.
• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Work closely with the kitchen and wider hotel teams to deliver seamless service.

About You

• Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or a Senior Waiter/Waitress ready to step up.
• Luxury hotel, premium restaurant or members’ club experience.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality.
• A confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Positive, hands-on and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
