Catering Lead: Fresh Local Cuisine & Tea Rooms

Dunstable Town Council’s Priory House Tea Rooms seeks a Catering Manager to lead the tea rooms and catering operation at the Priory House Heritage Centre. You will oversee daily service, menu development and supplier management to deliver fresh food and excellent visitor experiences.

You’ll manage the kitchen team, control budgets, ensure food hygiene and safety, and work with the Cultural Services Manager to create a welcoming, locally sourced destination that reflects Priory House’s history.
