Thales OME is seeking an Electronics Engineering Team Lead in Reading, with a hybrid work setup. You will lead a team of electronics engineers through the full product lifecycle, delivering innovative solutions and ensuring cost, schedule, and quality targets are met.

You will provide technical oversight, guide multidisciplinary collaboration, and mentor engineers while driving improvements in design processes and ensuring compliance with EMC, RoHS, REACH, WEEE and safety directives.
