Braemar Medical is currently working with multiple GP Surgery clients across Kent who are seeking experienced Locum GPs to support their practices.
Whether you are looking for additional ad-hoc sessions or a longer-term contract, we have a variety of opportunities available across Kent with supportive and well-organised surgeries.

Working Hours
- 09:00 – 18:30
- 30-Minute Unpaid Break
The Role
You will be supporting established GP surgeries by delivering high-quality patient care through a mixture of:
- Face-to-Face Consultations
- Telephone Consultations
- Assessment and Management of Acute and Chronic Conditions
- Prescribing and Medication Reviews
- Referrals and Clinical Administration
Appointments are scheduled at 10-minute intervals, and the practices recognise the importance of providing time for clinical administration. To support this, blocked catch-up slots are built into the clinics, allowing adequate time to review results, complete referrals, process prescriptions, and manage other surgery-related administration.
Requirements Essential
- GMC Registration with Licence to Practise
- Inclusion on the NHS GP Performers List
- MRCGP or Equivalent Qualification
- Experience Working Within UK General Practice
- Excellent Clinical and Communication Skills
